A personal approach

Hi, I’m Gary Singh.

I’ve spent more than 25 years working in property — as an estate agent, valuer and auctioneer, and dealing with properties that aren’t always straightforward to sell.

One thing I’ve learned is that not every property should be sold the same way.

Sometimes the best answer is a normal sale. Sometimes it isn’t.

That’s why I’d rather understand what’s happening with your property first — and then talk through the options with you.

I'm based in Warrington and help homeowners across the WA postcode area and wider North West find a way forward when selling isn't straightforward.
